The hotel has a great location, being within walking distance of two cable cars and the train station, which made getting around super easy. The rooms were spacious, but I did notice a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which wasn't ideal. The staff, particularly George, Andrea, and Rika, were incredibly friendly and attentive. However, the dining experience could use some improvement as the breakfast options felt quite limited.
